The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites 65000 square feet of meeting space 40000 indoor and 25000 outdoor a tranquil spa two 18hole golf courses and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop southern Italian and poolside) a cocktail bar marketplace and inroom dining.

In this role you will be overseeing the daytoday operations ofInRoom Dining reporting to the Director of Outlets and overseeing 30 Team Members.

The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance social media reputation local market capture and employee relations). At least 23 years of management experience in an inroom dining environment is required.

What will I be doing

As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant lounge room service coffee shop etc. in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
