Job Description

Do you ever wonder how engaging with Prime benefits drives member signup and retention Global Prime Finance is looking for a datadriven Senior Financial Analyst to support Prime reporting. This Senior Financial Analyst will partner with the WW Prime and Benefit Partner teams to publish key business metrics and lead reporting improvements. This highvisibility role requires business and finance team partnership.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Creating and improving key metric reporting including dashboards.
* Supporting month end close reporting.
* Deep diving key metric trends.
* Simplifying processes with automation.
About the team
The Prime Insights Planning and Analysis (PIPA) team is an integral part of the broader Global Prime Finance (GPF) organization. The team provides analytics planning and reporting support for the WW Prime organization as well as the broader WW Amazon Stores (WWAS) organization.
3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
3 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process reengineering quality assurance) experience
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
3 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
MBA or CPA
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
