Job Description
You will complete this role independently and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. This position is guided by department policies resource requirements budgets and the business plan.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensures that projects are built according to approved plans specifications shop drawings and applicable building codes and that highquality standards are maintained
- Participates in the development of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and manages PQP conformance on site
- Ensures that site safety measures meet or exceed the parameters set out by corporate safety manuals and all regulatory boards and authorities and oversees project safety meetings as required
- Monitors construction schedule within divisional scope on large projects and ensures milestones and completion dates are met
- Recognizes and analyzes scheduling issues/delays and supports solution development
- Estimates duration of activities and materials required for large multidiscipline estimates including designbuild projects
- Recognizes and/or analyzes impacts of change requests for work within scope of responsibility
- Provides guidance and direction to field staff and coordinates resources within scope of control adapting plans and setting priorities to meet operational objectives
- Manages subcontractors on site with regards to costs safety schedule and quality expectations
- Oversees the preparation of purchase requisitions and review of subtrade/supplier invoices
Qualifications:
- Five to eight years of construction experience as a Superintendent or in a similar direct supervisory role
- Two year college trade or technical diploma is preferred
- Solid understanding of current construction practices construction documents costs and budgets
- Ability to plan and manage a project schedule identifying constructability issues and supporting development of solutions for moderate situations within scope of responsibility
- Ability to communicate clearly interpreting stakeholder needs while leading and managing a diverse team
Work Conditions:
- This is a sitebased position
- Up to 40 travel across the state of Pennsylvania and to various Ledcor offices
