Job Description
As Program Assistant Team Lead with Resthaven you will not only challenge your skills but feel rewarded with pride from the part you play in improving someones life.
Resthaven is looking for aProgram Assistant Team Lead. Located at Western Community Services this is a fulltime fixed term position for a 6 month period.
The individual needs of clients their families and their carers are complex and your scheduling and rostering talents will find a more meaningful home with us.

Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to accurately record manage and oversee data.
- Empathy and understanding of older people and their family members/carers
- Ability manage a number of tasks and prioritise those tasks
- Respect for client confidentiality and professional standards
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team
- Motivated to provide high quality service to clients
