Our team is seeking a fulltime experienced and highperforming commercial banker looking for stability growth opportunity and an excellent compensation and benefits package. You will be responsible for business development of new commercial and industrial (C&I) lending depository and treasury management clients and effective portfolio management of all C&I clients. You shall appropriately identify evaluate with the assistance of the Credit Underwriting team and recommend approval or denial of C&I lending opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree (B.A. from a fouryear institution required.
- 510 years experience in client financial services industry banking and loan review.
- Credit Risk Certification (CRC) designation is a plus.
- Completion of formal credit training program preferred
- Solid understanding of banking fundamentals underwriting principles and procedures
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical behavior
WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:
HOURS: Onsite; Monday Friday; 8am 5pm; Some variation in work hours
TRAVEL: Local travel regularly; overnight and out of town occasionally; Must have a vehicle and an unexpired Drivers License.
