Job Description
A wellregarded primary school in Southwark is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis. The position is available for an immediate start and the school is keen to find the right candidate to support the development of young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality teaching and learning experiences that support the developmental needs of children in the EYFS.
- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote childrens learning across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Monitor and assess childrens progress providing tailored support to ensure each child achieves their full potential.
- Maintain a positive inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates on childrens progress.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
- Experience: Experience working with children in an EYFS setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with young children.
