Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Stafford from September 2025. The successful candidate will teach Psychology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 contributing to a department known for academic excellence and student engagement.

This is a fulltime permanentrole ideal for an experienced Psychology Teacher or an ambitious ECT who is ready to inspire the next generation of learners.

You will be teaching Psychology at both GCSE and ALevel within a collaborative and highachieving department. Experience and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
  • QTS or PGCE
  • Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and/or KS5 is desirable
  • Strong classroom management skills and high expectations

Salary: The salary for this Psychology Teacher role will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS) dependent on experience.
