The company is seeking an operations officer with good knowledge in logistics and clearing & forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations and processing of all FERI/COD applications on behalf of our clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all documents are collected to process client applications.
Thoroughly check all documents before processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Handle queries professionally via email & phone.
Maintain accurate records of processed applications.
Skills
Flexibility Attention to detail and ability to interpret documents.
Excellent adaptability diplomacy and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Knowledge of customs logistics and import/export processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Logistics; Degree is an advantage.

2 years of experience in a similar role
