What You Bring!
Strong competitive spirit discipline and driven to succeed.
An associates degree required or bachelors degrees preferred in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
You have no fear of contacting strangers.
The ability to spot gaps in how people are using solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in utilizing technology.
Key Responsibilities
Create such a positive experience that customers are proud to introduce us to others and then help turn those introductions into longterm partners.
Managing accounts and ensure our customers love doing business with us.
Helping customers get the most value from our product by understanding how others use it.
Be reliable completing tasks on time keeping detailed notes and delivering on what was promised.
Handling customer service inquiries escalating them when necessary and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately manage account information within our CRM
