NextLink is having an existing position as a Senior DevOps Engineer in Brussels area Belgium.

Duration: 31/102026
Workload: full time 50 on site & 50 homeworking
Work location: Brussels area Belgium
Description:
The DevOps Engineer assembles different IT components in order to create an automated solution.
Squad Expertise manages physical security applications (building access management alarm monitoring fire panels lifts electricity management etc... as well as many technical interfaces using data ETL SSIS and Boomi.
The DevOps engineer needs to be knowledgeable with ETL scripting software integration (we work with a lot of thirdparties) Cloud (we are migrating to internal cloud and many applications are currently hosted at Accenture Cloud).
Being oncall (availabe 24/7 within half an hour) for 1 week / month is mandatory. Only for incidents which are rare but require immediate intervention.
Required qualifications:
Master or equivalent
Certification nicetohave (Windows Server Linux Cloud Networking SQL)
Fluent in English fluent in French or dutch
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Required:
ETL SSIS
Application Architecture (client / server / middleware)
Application Security (authentication etc
Software package installation and troubleshooting
Network (firewall / proxy / protocols/security)
Working in a large organisation
Preferable:
Cloud (e.g IBM AWS or Azure)
Agile wayofworking
Physical Security knowledge
Soft skills:
Available (oncall is required)
Coordination: can take a project and to and liaise with different teams to get the solution
Solution oriented
