Job Description
- Design and Development: Architect and implement highquality distributed backend services that meet user needs and performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a diverse team of fullstack developers software engineers DevOps specialists quality assurance professionals and product managers to drive feature delivery.
- Feature Planning: Actively participate in the planning design and refinement of features bringing innovative ideas and collaborative designs to the table.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop new features while writing comprehensive test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Play an active role in enhancing our software delivery process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that add value and reduce waste.
- EndtoEnd Ownership: Oversee the entire feature lifecycle from initial design to deployment in customerfacing environments ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot complex challenges and provide effective solutions that enhance user experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in Python
- Knowledge of development.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases including optimization and indexing.
- Understanding of Airflow DAGs eventdriven architectures and message queues (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
- Knowledge of HTTP and WebSocket protocols.
- Familiarity with version control tools like GitLab or GitHub.
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless architectures and realtime data processing.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and frontend frameworks like React.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

In order to thrive in this position you must have at least 8 years of experience in similar roles.
