Job Description: Each boat is detailed inside & out to exceed customers expectations & Nautique quality standards.
The hours for this position are 5:30 AM 4 PM Monday through Friday with overtime required based on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the final cleaning of all parts of the boat.
- Wipe inside and outside of the boat with a rag.
- Conduct the last check for gigs that need to be completed.
- Keep work area clean and orderly with sweeping.
- Lifting 20 pounds multiple times a day.
- Follow the instruction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead
- Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
Qualifications :
Tools used in this occupation include but are not limited to:
- Personal Protective Equipment Safety Glasses dust/mist respirator as needed
- Hand Tools screwdrivers power and air drills buffers sanders wrenches scissors and heat gun.
- Cleaners AllPurpose Cleaner mineral spirits acetone soap and water.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a nonclimatecontrolled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
- Must be able to bend at waist and knees kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to climb into and out of the interior of boats.
- Must be able to wear proper safety equipment and protective equipment including a respirator when necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
