We are looking for a commercially oriented inhouse counsel to support all matters relating to business law within the scope of EasyVista Group primarily focusing on transactional matters for North America. Responsibilities include advising business units managing compliance and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. The position is reporting to the VP Legal Affairs.
In particular you will be involved in the following tasks
PROFILE
Diploma: JD degree or Canadian LLL/LLB with bar admission in at least one U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction or masters degree in business/commercial law in Europe. Location is open to discussion.
You have at least a five to ten years successful experience as inhouse preferably in the software/SaaS sector or with an exposure to US government procurement rules. You have a definite taste for new technologies and in view of EasyVista s international activity you are fluent in both spoken and written English as well as another language as Spanish German Italian or Portuguese.
You have good writing and communication skills. You are businessoriented proactive pragmatic and enjoy working in a team to find operational solutions.
