Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating internal and external communications ensuring that our messages are clear consistent and engaging. You will be working closely with our marketing and design teams to craft effective communication strategies that align with the companys goals.
Responsibilities:
Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications including press releases newsletters and client updates.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and external partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports brand initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to inform strategies.
Assist in organizing events conferences and other publicfacing activities.
Handle inquiries from clients and partners professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
