Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Local Availability:Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Olathe facility. Due to the onsite nature of the work remote or longdistance arrangements are not feasible.
- Security Clearance:Applicants must either already possess or be eligible and willing to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. This is nonnegotiable as the position involves handling sensitive information and operating in a secured environment.
- Flexible Scheduling:The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility to work across varied shifts which may include daytime evening or overnight hours. Rotating or nonstandard schedules may be assigned based on project demands.
- Contract Duration:This is a 6month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a longerterm opportunity dependent on performance and evolving business needs.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A proactive and dependable work ethic.
Excellent adaptability and comfort with dynamic schedules.
Experience working in secure or regulated environments (preferred but not required).
A willingness to undergo the security clearance process if not already cleared.
