Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
Provide support in applications performance and infrastructure.
Assist with design test and implement new configurations architectures and standards. Provide guidance to customers 3rd party integration specialists and/or internal teams on solutions to increase application availability redundancy scalability and performance.
Provide guidance when customer applicationlevel downtime issues arise and provide RCA support as requested.
Show ownership of issues through resolution and maintain customer loyalty by serving customers via phone tickets and email.
Customer/Internal Feedback (delivered via email and phone). Stability and performance of customer applications as relates to customer uptime using internal monitoring tools.
Customer retention and growth as a result of consistently delivering high levels of service and support around customer application stability.
Strong knowledge of technology troubleshooting design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of administration troubleshooting and testing Linuxbased operating systems and application platforms.
Strong knowledge of highavailability application design.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning and scalability/reliability architecture best practices for a Linux platform.
Strong configuration and troubleshooting expertise in platformspecific web services (including but not limited to Apache Nginx Redis and MariaDB/MySQL).
Proficient in using Application Performance Management (APM) tools to interpret data build dashboards and engage in performance discussions.
Ability to identify address and resolve complex customer applicationlevel issues without supervision. Ability to take ownership and resolve customer issues/escalations via phone ticket and email while providing FANATICAL SUPPORT.
Technical skill set:
AWS Cloud Linux and Windows Application Performance Management Database Caching Log management and Infrastructure alerting Cloud Security and Networking
Must have requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry
Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS) / SaaS based application deployments monitoring and production support including Kubernetes / Docker based deployments
Experience working with fully managed fault tolerant highly available high throughput multitenant scalable systems
Execute with excellence delivery of interim patches and hotfixes as required
Experience in working with Agile development frameworks
Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed
Experience with Monitoring and Observability technologies like Data Dog Prometheus Grafana Logging or equivalents like ELK
Database administration and operations experience
NBFC domain knowledge
