Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
Assure that personnel are working to their primary job function by giving directions assigning tasks resolving problems and perform the necessary nonvalue activities allowing personnel to directly perform their assigned duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assure all operations are performed in accordance to procedures
- Conduct training of Preventative Maintenance and Calibration (PMC) personnel
- Perform periodic audits to verify correct and consistent operations
- Monitor & manage PMC backlog to maintain conformity to maintenance and calibration requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and /or calibration of production and laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate calibration activities utilizing outside calibration service providers
- Generate and maintain PMC reports for monthly quality review meetings
- Work with equipment custodians to complete risk assessments for OOT equipment
- Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications :
Skills Experience Education & Training:
- 2year degree min prefer BS in Engineering
- 13 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires an understanding ISO17025 and A2LA calibration
- Knowledge of GMP and previous work experience in a medical company are a plus.
- Requires understanding of ERP Information Systems preferably SAP.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
