We are looking for a Talent and Learning Development Advisor to Impact the development and engagement of employees and management L&TD across the region to support business delivery and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to organizational needs including workshops elearning modules and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify highpotential employees and create career development plans.
  • Facilitate training sessions both inperson and virtually ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with department heads and external consultants to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative learning methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a business or communications discipline.
  • Further HR certification is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Training content development/ facilitation skills.
  • Resourceful and Innovative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills.
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Competent in MS Office especially MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
