Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated DZ Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Ottawa ON. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy handson work and providing exceptional customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Safely transporting customers vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pickup and dropoff locations and any special instructions
- Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Providing our customers with excellent customer service!
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a valid DZ drivers license with cleaning driving abstract and CVOR
- You have a valid towing certificate (preferred)
- You have a minimum of 12 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role
- You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are knowledgeable about towing laws regulations and safety procedures
- You are able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
