Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a Service Consultant to join the Performance Tapes North America Customer Support organization and will provide exceptional Customer Service to our customers. The successful candidate will manage accounts in terms of order processing order follow up pricing integrity ontime deliveries and complete order fulfillment. This individual will be expected to work 8a 5p EST Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid role with Tuesday and Wednesdays being onsite at our Building 5 location in Painesville OH (other days are remote optional).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of customer accounts in terms of order processing order followup pricing integrity ontime delivery expediting and complete order fulfillment.
Implement account service strategies.
Principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers.
Implementation of Marketing programs for assigned accounts.
Initiate and implement initiatives which improve responsiveness enriching the customer experience.
Champion customer needs proactively followup on customer inquiries and be the customers advocate by driving the voice of the customer (VOC) into the organization.
Coordinate with Logistics Operations and Transportation to ensure ondelivery
Backup team members when workload makes this necessary.
Partner with Sales to assist in achieving sales goals
Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree a plus.
Minimum of five 5 years customer service or related experience a plus preferably in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Ability to lead customerfacing meetings independently with little support or supervision required.
Strong written verbal and phone skills required.
Detail oriented with excellent prioritization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong data entry and organizational skills required.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.32 $31.25 / hour.
The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool.
