MuleSoft Consultant
As a MuleSoft Consultant you will play a strategic role in harnessing the full capabilities of MuleSoft s Anypoint Platform to design and implement robust integration solutions. This position is critical in helping organizations streamline operations enhance data visibility and improve overall efficiency. You will collaborate with diverse teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will empower clients to connect applications data and devices seamlessly enabling them to respond swiftly to market changes. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of integration processes. In this dynamic environment you will continuously refine your skills and learn about the latest trends in cloud technology and application integration making an impact on the organization while fostering growth in your professional career.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and manage APIs ensuring scalability and security.
- Perform data mapping and transformation for diverse applications.
- Prepare and present technical documentation for integration solutions.
- Conduct system tests and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Maintain and optimize existing integrations for performance improvements.
- Utilize API management capabilities to manage lifecycles.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Implement error handling and logging strategies for integration flows.
- Stay abreast of new features in MuleSoft and industry trends.
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in integration projects.
- Engage in client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to MuleSoft solutions.
- Document lessons learned and ensure continual improvement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in integration development using MuleSoft.
- Proficiency in Anypoint Platform components such as APIs connectors and dataweave.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure etc..
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java JavaScript or SQL.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in database management and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git Bitbucket).
- Prior experience with enterprise service buses (ESBs) is a plus.
- Cleansing and migrating data between applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Mulesoft Certified Developer certification is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
