Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead with 12 years of handson experience in application development team leadership and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a deep understanding of the banking domain and expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team collaborate across functions and deliver robust solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead a team of developers ensuring the delivery of highquality software within agreed timelines.
- Mentor team members manage performance and foster professional development.
- Development and Technical Expertise:
- Design develop and maintain applications using .
- Enhance and optimize existing banking solutions for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Project Delivery:
- Oversee endtoend project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards security protocols and regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector.
- Banking Sector Expertise:
- Provide insights and domain expertise for banking workflows transaction systems and risk management applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement solutions aligned with banking operations and customer needs.
- Process and Quality Management:
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices within the team.
- Ensure thorough testing debugging and documentation for all developed modules.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in and .NET frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server Oracle or other relational databases.
- Experience in integrating with APIs web services and thirdparty libraries.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript or Angular (optional).

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security practices in the banking industry.

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
