What you will be doing:
- Assist internal and external guests through various communication channels including phone email and messaging systems
- Consistently offer personalized and anticipatory services to enhance the guest experience
- Recommend property facilities and amenities addressing special requests and inquiries efficiently
- Conduct Reservation checks to ensure all reservations are set up correctly for a smooth guest arrival experience
- Actively listen to guest feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain an excellent rapport with various departments within the hotel
- Execute hotel emergency procedure and situations with professionalism and efficiency
- Book room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system
- Additional responsibilities as needed by our leadership
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; prior customer related experience preferred
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud or a similar property management system
- Background in Hospitality or related field is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to details multitasking and problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early morning late evening overnight weekends and holidays as required
- Proficiency in professional English both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
