Job Description
- Greet guests upon entry escort to tables and share and collect any pertinent information
- Support team members with service buffet and table maintenance and table resetting
- Qualitycheck food and beverage orders for accuracy and completion and deliver to tables
- Respond to questions and requests from guests
- Ensure service stations are fully stocked with supplies throughout shift
- May perform light bartending duties
Qualifications :
- Valid Alberta ProServe Certification
- Previous customer service experience required; previous food and beverage experience is an asset
- Common cocktail and general wine knowledge is an asset
- Customerservice oriented
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 11 pounds / 6 kg
- Physically capable of standing and walking for 8hour shifts
- Able to remain calm and professional while working in an often fastpaced environment
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
