Roles & Responsibilities :
Looking for an IT professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in handling IT applications.

• Should have handson experience in managing IT applications independently and work with customer business teams and project teams effectively.

   

• Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports using any tool to support business operations present datadriven insights clearly and collaborate with various teams to understand and fulfill their reporting needs.

• Handle customer support queries efficiently ensuring timely resolution while managing escalations when needed to maintain service quality.

• Must be able to understand the requirements from end users and prepare a design document for the development or customization in the IT tool.

• Should have experience in the processes adopted for development unit testing functional testing integration testing and golive.

• Offer support to the development team through various phases of the development process.

• Possess knowledge of ITIL processes to drive compliance and operations.

• Ability to engage executivelevel stakeholders on complex matters with limited oversight and guidance and think strategically and tactically with effective decisionmaking skills.

   

• Participate in and seek opportunities to simplify platform infrastructure architecture services and customer solutions while ensuring minimal introduction of new complexity.

• Meet KPIs quality benchmarks and project deliverables consistently maintaining a high standard of operation.

• Collaborate with various teams geographically to align strategies facilitate coordination and drive project success through continuous communication and teamwork.

   

• Optimize energy efficiency in HVAC operations by implementing automated controls and sustainable solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and environmental responsibility standards.

• German proficiency or knowledge of any other language is desirable.
   

Qualifications :

Educational qualification: MCA/BE/BTech/Any graduation

Experience : 8 12 Years

Mandatory/requires Skills : Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports. / Power BI technology

Personality: responsible initiative excellent communication skills crosscultural competence and team player

Working Practice: selfdependent concise analytical thinking and target oriented good problemsolving skills structured working method

Preferred Skills : HVAC domain knowledge / Hands on experience in EMS (Energy management system) / Dashboard creation knowledge
