Process engineer is responsible for final assembly process as well as support production line such as Productivity improvement Tooling management Technical support of machine function and configuration etc.
- Tester ECU programming process and machine technical support
- New model preparation
- Support to improve KPI target or customer demand such as productivity Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Internal Defect Costs (IDC) in manufacturing (specific on testing process)
- Technical support for machines and equipment (analysis and problem solving)
- Maintain assembly line and apply standardization with local and International Production Network (IPN) team
- Support System Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) local and International Production Network (IPN) for assembly line
- Coordinate with internal and global cross functional team
- Support ECR for manufacturing.
- Support machine development (Upgrade machine to support new product/model)
- Support and review PFMEA and control plan for assembly line
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Master degree with Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering background or related field
- General mechanical skill pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
- 2D/3D CAD Programming C Python Assembly processes
- English Proficiency (B2 C1
- 2 years above with experience in manufacturing of automotive industry
- Good knowledge and experience using of IT Architecture in Manufacturing and CI
- Lead testing and programming process and technology
- Problem solving methods
