WHATS YOUR DAY LIKE

As our parttime Community Manager Property Supervisor youll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our residential communities. You will oversee 2 properties with approximately 103 units total. Youll have a flexible parttime schedule of approximately 21 hours per week including evenings and weekends tailored to fit your lifestyle with potentially increased pay rates for those with specialized skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents providing excellent service throughout their residency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with residents and addressing their needs promptly
  • Overseeing daytoday property operations including maintenance and compliance
  • Managing the leasing process and rent collection
  • Collaborating on property capital improvement projects
  • Ensuring property cleanliness and curb appeal
  • Dispatching service work orders and ensuring quality service
  • Supervising our Community Hosts and conducting regular property visits

Your days will be dynamic and engaging balancing administrative tasks with handson property management. Youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our residents living experience and contribute to the overall success of our properties!


DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in multifamily property management or related field
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech
  • Experience using basic hand tools
  • Basic typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask for guidance when needed
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Selfmanagement and teammanagement skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
