Provides a safe and pleasant environment for employees and guest. Responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of all departments.
Excellent internal/external guest service:
Develops patron loyalty and recruits new patron relationships.
Responsible for training coaching of all assigned teams and ensuring that they follow all company state and federal regulations and policies and procedures.
Provides management support to all departments.
Ensures the highest standards of conduct appearance and attitude are met as detailed by each department and company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Assumes responsibility for company assets;
Alert to and assist with problems that arise in casino.
Works closely with all departments to ensure employee and guest safety.
Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Special projects as determined by Director of Table Games or General Manager
All other reasonable duties as assigned.
