Description
Ambassador: responsible to assisting customers at all times assisting residents with the permit program at Islanders Beach Park Driessen Beach Park Chaplin Community Park and Coligny Beach Park and other duties as directed by the General Manager Assistant General Manager or Town officials. In addition the ambassadors/enforcement team will:
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with the Town the parking lots the surrounding area and points of local interest
- Make eye contact and pleasantly welcome each guest and/or visitor
- Say please and thank you
- Observe all safety protocols right of way and directional operations
- Maintain a clean uniformed appearance at all times
- Assist visitors or residents whenever appropriate
- Participate in all customer service programs
- Speak fluent English at all times while on site
- Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude
- Attend and participate in all company and any clientsponsored training programs and seminars
- Keep management informed of any hazardous conditions and/or customer concerns at lots
- Be alert and security conscious at all times
- Cheerfully direct and assist visitors by providing information and directions to their destinations
- Any other requests from Town personnel or General Manager
Hours for the Ambassador positions will be between the hours of 8am4:pm and this will be a weekend position working Friday Saturday and/or Sunday and holidays. Hourly rate is $25/hr
