Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in RouynNoranda QC from Monday to Friday starting at 8:00am to 5:00pm for a temporary role. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy handson work and providing exceptional customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)
- Transporting customer vehicles to the branch
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pickup and dropoff locations and any special instructions
- Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing general labour tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service!
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Must speak french
- Valid Class 5 drivers license in good standing;
- Knowledge of towing laws regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
