Position: Graphic Designer (Figma)
Work hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Sydney Time
Compensation range: AU$2500 AU$3000/month

About the role
Were seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer (Figma) with a strong eye for design and a knack for storytelling. In this role you will be responsible for transforming sales call recordings into polished persuasive pitch decks that align with each clients unique needs and brand identity. Your decks will help drive decisionmaking and close deals making you a vital part of our sales enablement process.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to sales call recordings and extract key messaging insights and value propositions.
- Design professional onbrand pitch decks in Figma.
- Work collaboratively with sales and content teams to refine messaging and structure.
- Create 45 highquality decks per week.
- Iterate based on feedback and continuously improve design systems/templates.
Requirements:
- 35 years of design experience with a focus on presentation or brand design.
- Expertlevel Figma skills including layouts components and design systems.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy typography and storytelling through design.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clean compelling visual sales decks.
- Highly organized deadlinedriven and comfortable working independently.
