Who are we looking for
We are seeking a seasoned InHouse Media Buyer with expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive highperforming digital advertising campaigns. Your mission is to strategically position our brands and products on the most effective channels to maximize reach engagement and conversions.
What will you do
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads including Search Shopping Display and YouTube.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing bid strategies and audience segmentation to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (creative content and product teams) to align ad creatives and messaging with brand goals.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools providing insights and recommendations to improve ROAS.
Identify emerging trends in digital advertising and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Meta and Google Ads (health & wellness ecommerce DTC experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of datadriven performance marketing and the ability to interpret key metrics.
Expertise in campaign budgeting scaling and optimization to drive profitable growth.
Proficiency in Shopify and a solid understanding of ecommerce conversion funnels.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
