Job Description
What you will be doing!
As a system administrator you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops systems hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems investigate causes and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify investigate resolve and followup problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Must be able to work Wednesday Sunday 2 PM to 10 PM
- Must be available for training Monday Friday 6 AM to 2 PM or 7 AM to 3 PM
Experience and Education:
- A High School diploma or equivalent with 15 years of experience or a Bachelors degree with 10 years of experience.
Certification:
- IAT Level 1 certification required
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
