Reporting into the Apprenticeship Quality & Compliance Manager and working closely with our Leadership & Talent team HR and Retail colleagues. Your role will be to ensure all apprenticeship data is continually accurate and up to date so that our apprenticeship programmes meet funding rules and quality assurance guidelines and support the management of our Apprenticeship levy funds.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all apprenticeship data and compliance is accurate and up to date on the relevant MI system.
  • Support the Leadership & Talent team in ensuring all paper based and online based apprenticeship documentations are ready for audits in a timely manner.
  • Support the meeting of all funding regulatory and awarding bodies guidelines through accurate use of data.
  • Track apprenticeship levy payments to ensure funding is claimed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support the Leadership & Talent team in creating extracting and presenting reports as well as preparing documentations for the senior management team.
  • Support the maintenance of quality assurance standards in apprenticeship delivery in order to deliver a world class apprenticeship programme.
  • Collaborate with Leadership & Talent colleagues HR Managers Finance and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to retail colleagues.
  • Be an ambassador of our apprenticeship programmes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of successfully inputting managing and analysing data in either a finance or apprenticeship environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable about apprenticeship funding rules and Ofsted requirements
  • Experience in the use of LMS and MIS software desireable
  • Trackrecord in successfully developing and supporting colleagues through progression programmes desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
