Location: Various ServiceNet Buildings
Schedule: MondayFriday 4p12a
Salary Range: $45000$50000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Hire train schedule and evaluate custodial staff.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure a motivated and effective team.
- Assign daily responsibilities and oversee task completion in line with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Foster open communication with staff respond to feedback and resolve performance issues.
- Deliver responsive customer service by addressing special cleaning requests promptly.
- Manage and supervise daily janitorial operations across designated buildings.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas.
- Design and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance needs as they arise.
- Track spending and manage custodial supply inventory.
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Monitor product usage to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train staff on proper chemical and equipment use ensuring a safe working environment.
- Immediately address any safety hazards or concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in facilities management a plus).
- Valid drivers license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Minimum 3 years custodial or facilities experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods equipment and safety standards.
- Excellent time management communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office software.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Stand walk and bend for extended periods.
- Operate cleaning equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
