Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to: Perform research identify & skip trace
defendants prepare review and file tax warrants lawsuits and client reports.

1. Prepare warrant files for review including conducting all relevant research.
2. Request certified statements for evidence.
3. File tax warrants and writs of via eFileTX
4. Communicate with mailroom regarding courthouse runs; arrange for pickup
of documents.
5. Communicate with court clerks constables banks and the firms clients when
processing tax warrants and/or writs of .
6. Review files with manager.
7. Schedule warrants and maintain service calendar.
8. Initialize warrants in Oracle & update coding as needed.
9. Scan all documents & upload to the account in TaxTool.
10. Prepare check requests as needed.
11. Produce/update monthly client reports; including warrant log top 200 post j
etc..
12 Conduct corporate research.
13. Research defendants and Initiate Lawsuits in TaxTool.
14. Request reports from IT as needed
15. Run monthly postjudgment report and abstract all judgments.
16. Prepare payoffs for all BPP active lawsuits and judgments.
17. File and release aircraft liens with the FAA.
18. Handle general correspondence emails.
19. Notarize documents.
20. Required to make collection phone calls on eligible tax warrant and lawsuit
accounts in an attempt to collect delinquent taxes
