Job Description

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Must reside in GA SC NC VA or WV)

ncgCARE is seeking a skilled and forwardthinking Vice President of Payor Relations to join our executive leadership team. This critical role offers the opportunity to influence how we build manage and optimize our thirdparty payer relationships. Youll lead the charge in designing and executing contracting strategies that strengthen partnerships maximize reimbursement and support the financial sustainability of our behavioral health network.

As a strategic leader reporting to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer you will play a handson role in negotiating payer agreements aligning payer priorities with our organizational vision and collaborating crossfunctionally to improve financial performance. Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management Finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare contract negotiation and payer relations with a proven track record of securing contracts and improving reimbursement structures.

  • Proficiency in GSuite contract management systems and reimbursement modeling software.

  • Exceptional negotiation communication and analytical skills.

  • Candidates must reside in one of the states where ncgCARE operatesGeorgia South Carolina North Carolina Virginia or West Virginiato be considered for this position.

Salary: The compensation is commensurate with experience and includes eligibility for a performancebased bonus.
