Job Description
Join a missiondriven leadership team in Ladson SC as an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for a behavioral health facility. In this fulltime onsite weekdayonly role youll support the CNO in overseeing clinical operations for 2 adult units and 1 adolescent unit (total 60 beds) focusing on strategic planning staff development regulatory compliance and patientcentered care.
Ideal candidates have inpatient behavioral health hospital experience a BSN (MSN preferred or in progress) and 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in ER throughput BH patient transfer protocols and knowledge of state/federal BH regulations is essential.
Salary: $109K$142K (up to $150K DOE)
Bonus Potential: 1522.5
