Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our flooring trims manufacturing operations. This role is crucial to minimizing downtime and ensuring all production equipment runs safely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on the machinery used in the manufacturing process.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and upgrades.
Maintain all work order records and preventative maintenance schedules within CMMS.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify recurring equipment issues and
implement longterm solutions.
Support compliance with safety regulations and internal policies including
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) PPE usage and equipment guarding.
Perform routine inspections to identify and report equipment wear potential failures or
unsafe conditions.
Help ensure the plant meets manufacturing KPIs and other performance metrics.
of 5S within plant maintenance and other work areas.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
