Job Description

Join our Santa Anabased legal team as a Commercial Litigation Attorney representing clients in complex business disputes including breach of contract trade secrets intellectual property securities and real estate litigation. This fulltime onsite role is ideal for midsenior level attorneys with 515 years of litigation experience and a solid trial background.

We seek professionals with strong courtroom presence deposition skills and strategic legal thinking. A stable work history and consistent success in litigating highvalue business matters are essential.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

  • 515 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Proven ability to handle complex business cases from start to finish

Salary: $150K$300K annually (W2
Must live within commuting distance of Santa Ana CA
No relocation or sponsorship available
