We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized professional to join our team as a Remote Group Locations Specialist. In this role youll coordinate group travel arrangements by researching planning and booking ideal destinations for families organizations weddings and events.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate group travel experiences including accommodations excursions and transportation

Identify and suggest ideal locations for group travel based on client needs

Utilize booking platforms and tools to prepare and finalize travel arrangements

Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

Track and maintain records of client preferences reservations and special requests

Stay informed on travel trends seasonal destinations and relevant regulations

Support clients throughout the planning and travel process with excellent service
Qualifications
