Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking personalized leisure travel including accommodations tours and activities
- Research destinations and curate travel packages based on client needs and budget

Utilize travel booking platforms to secure reservations and create seamless itineraries

Stay updated on travel industry trends regulations and promotional offers

Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after each booking

Maintain organized records of bookings preferences and communications

Engage with clients through various digital channels using companyprovided resources
Qualifications

A strong interest in travel and helping others explore new destinations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools

Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable internet connection and a personal computer (desktop or laptop)

Previous travel industry experience is a plus but not required
