Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Conversion and Retention Agents for our Spanish Desk to engage with customers and enhance their experience. The successful candidates will play a critical role in both converting leads and retaining existing customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Spanishspeaking customers to convert leads and improve retention rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions that drive conversions.
- Implement effective retention strategies to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize customer engagement efforts.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on conversion and retention success.
Qualifications:
- Experience is a must
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet sales targets.
