What Youll Do

As a Flexologist youll:

  • Lead oneonone assisted stretch sessions 25 or 50 minutes) tailored to each clients needs

  • Assess mobility limitations and create custom flexibility protocols

  • Apply your understanding of movement quality postural analysis and muscular imbalances to optimize outcomes

  • Educate clients on alignment breath and mobilityenhancing strategies

  • Track progress document sessions and collaborate with a team of wellnessminded professionals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (e.g. NASMCES FMS or equivalent)

  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Passion for injury prevention movement health and client empowerment

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work handson with diverse populations

Preferred:

  • Degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science or related field

  • Experience working in personal training physical therapy or functional fitness

  • Knowledge of manual stretching myofascial techniques or mobility work
