**Job Description:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our new team at Mi Cafecito Spot. As a Barista you will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience to our customers by crafting highquality beverages and fostering a warm atmosphere.

**Responsibilities:**

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee espresso drinks and teas with precision

Provide outstanding customer service engaging with customers and answering their questions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf and workstations

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment

Stay knowledgeable about menu items and coffee origins to educate customers

**Qualifications:**

Experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail

A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and coffee varieties

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
