Alfred Mental & Addiction Health (AMAH) is responsible for the operation of services which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.
The single most important goal of AMAH is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced mental health clinician with demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to recovery oriented practice to join our community mental health service as the team leader of the Mobile Support and Treatment Service (MSTS). This is an exciting development opportunity in a wellestablished and dedicated multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will lead the delivery of intensive clinical mental health rehabilitation treatment and support across a 7 day a week extended hour roster. The team leader role combines both clinical and operational components and works in collaboration with the MSTS Consultant Psychiatrist and senior clinicians to ensure delivery of safe effective and high quality clinical services.
