Electric Power Engineers Inc. (EPE) is seeking a Software Developer to be part of a dynamic and highly technical team. In this role you will work alongside senior developers and engineers to help develop maintain and deploy cuttingedge cloudbased software products that serve the energy industry. You will have opportunities to work with the latest technologies and contribute to a growing portfolio of products that are helping shape the future of power systems.

Bring your passion heres whats needed:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a similar technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience developing software or SaaS product.
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python and Typescript.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g. Git).
Strong understanding of software development principles algorithms and data structures.
Good problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven capability to mentor and provide support to Junior Developers.
Ability to dive into new codebases generate datadriven decisions for refactoring opportunities and contribute code.
Experience with handling large data sets and implementing data processing pipelines and ETL principles
Knowledge of AWS Athena
Familiarity with Parquet files
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
