Job Description:
Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Supply Chain Fulfilment!
In this role engage with supply chain and manufacturing programs to drive critical part delivery and allocation calls. Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure short term as well as longer term planning to ensure capacity to meet business need in future quarters.
Responsibilities
Manage material processes and systems to provide accurate signals includes data cleanliness requirements (removal of defects/inaccuracies).
Manage incoming parts at the fulfillment horizon to align to program needs.
Reviews open orders to manage shortages.
Communicates program needs clearly and concisely to drive results at internal and external source locations.
Ensure material flows and monitors kitting to align to build plan
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Develop indepth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
Collaborates with sources and assembly teams to mitigate disruptions while reducing delinquency to achieve 100 OTD.
Indepth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters.
Uses prior experience and onthejob training to solve tasks.
Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Able to utilize multiple sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of years materials planning fulfillment procurement or manufacturing operations experience) minimum of years materials planning fulfillment procurement or manufacturing operations experience
Hands on experience to analyze huge dataset
Proficient knowledge to work on Excel PowerPoint and MS Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Experience working in or directly with manufacturing facilities.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneously
Lean/Continuous Improvement experience/mindset
Ability to hold others accountable and lead via influence

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $68000 to $75000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
