Florence Coffee Company is looking for baristas to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is attentive ambitious great with customers and communication as well as punctual and reliable.

Locations and Shift Time available:

Pattee Palmer Orange East Missoula and North Reserve locations: 11:45am6:30pm

Responsibilities

• Serving customers
• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Accurately handle cash register operations

Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
