As a Transactions Specialist IV Testing Coordinator in Global Document Services you will be responsible for coordinating testing activities across various departments. This role involves working with new applications equipment EMV chips and software upgrades. You will communicate changes to management ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and support a continuous improvement culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Implement and support Customer Fulfillment initiatives using project methodology.
  • Communicate new functionality and changes to management that could impact production processes.
  • Coordinate testing for new applications equipment EMV chips and software upgrades.
  • Validate testing between CPC Texas and Ohio for Credit and Retail products.
  • Maintain a policy and proceduredriven environment ensuring all SOPs are followed.
  • Assist management in communicating process changes and operational requirements.
  • Research and provide recommendations on performance error investigations and resolutions.
  • Work with onsite vendors to coordinate testing and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Support a continuous improvement culture and maintain an effective risk and control environment.
  • Create and update documentation for all testing processes and perform regression testing on equipment.

Required qualifications skills and capabilities

  • Experience in Vault Production Control and Production equipment.
  • Ability to lift 5070 pounds and deliver 200 pounds worth of supplies using industrial carts.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to think independently.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a proven ability to learn.
  • 3 years of production applications experience with a strong understanding of cross impacts with bank applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in a teamoriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and controloriented mindset.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Chip Testing equipment testing Entrust DOD equipment and Canon job setups.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
